December, 7 2022, after fighting a fake fleeing charge for over a year in which State Attorney Nicholas Kramperth, previously lied, in open court under oath, claiming he was in possession of video evidence of Macker fleeing on October 13, 2021 (NO DASH CAM). Macker having already filed 2 complaints with Internal Affairs in November 2022. Finally, after Macker had already personally been victimized by Fraud; in December 2022 Macker stumbled upon a paper trail of fraud littered all over www.clerk.org and shared the Photos w/his father. Just a week later Macker was arrested at the FBI field office in Maitland {While trying to report his findings} for “Scheme to Defraud” on a company closed 3 years prior, that publicly advocated for Anti-Bullying. Another case in which the State had NO EVIDENCE! On February 3, 2023, Macker submitted his 3rd Internal Affairs complaint which contains 27 photocopies of fraud executed through the Volusia County Clerks office. Then just 17 days later, Macker was summoned to Court by Felony Circuit Judge Dawn Nichols, to determine competency. Playing Doctor, Judge Nichols put on a performance for the ages, repeatedly calling Macker delusional putting forth her best effort to intimidate & instigate a negative response from Macker. (This is NO way for any Judge to conduct themselves). Macker will be seeking legal action against both Nicholas Kramperth and Judge Dawn Nichols.
