October 13, 2021, with all video evidence in contradiction to all incident reports filed, operating under an unlawful investigation with a BOLO. Naylor unlawfully hid out on a back road at school release time in an undercover car, less than a mile from Macker’s residence, where he’s lived for the better part of 35 years. Which is located exactly 1.6 miles from the Police Station where these officers are employed. Naylor never read Macker’s rights and illegally questioned him at gunpoint using excessive force, then goes on to attempt three separate acts of coercion. Naylor engaged in a seven-minute conversation with Stickles in which he advised her to mute audio on her recording device, so they could devise a coercion plan. In the midst of her disgraceful conduct, explains to Macker’s 14-year-old daughter Jordan that Macker has brain damage from prior drug use and that’s the reason for his religious beliefs. Then goes on to explain this is a common theme among drug addicts. Naylor fabricated multiple statements and repeatedly contradicted herself, all on state recorded evidence.
