April 6, 2023 12:30 AM, approximately fifteen hours after faulty P.A Kevin Pitts intentionally led Macker to believe he did not have to appear in court and less than 15hrs after an FTA warrant was signed for Macker’s arrest. Deputy Igo and King unlawfully without a warrant for his residence or property, snuck onto his 1.5-acre lot, kicked his front door down, busting a dead bolt out of a solid wooden door, and assaulted Macker 35 feet into his home, charging him with resisting, Cheating Macker out of his Constitutional Right to Due Process, A week later bond would be unethically denied, coerced into accepting a plea deal on two cases that had zero evidence. Macker is now a falsely convicted felon on 2 cases that had no evidence, other than Macker’s Civil Rights being repeatedly dismantled.
